120” wide – with no seaming required) from Stitch-n-Quilts. Price is currently $7.00 per yard. “X” line to right if you wish to purchase backing

Batting must also be 6-8” wider & longer than quilt top (4” each side).
For your convenience, you may purchase batting also from Stitch-n-Quilts.. Current stock
includes Hobbs 80/20 Natural wide width for $5.00 a square yard, and Quilters Dream Poly 70/30 white for
$7.00 a square yard. * You may supply your backing and batting, but please discuss with me so we can create the best
finished product for you. Some battings and backings may not be suitable for your finished project. Please mark
with "X" the line to the right if you wish to purchase the batting from me.______

Do you have a thread color/choice preference? What color thread on the top and what color thread on the backing?
You may choose up to to two thread colors for the top without additional charges. More than two two 5.00 for each color
change will occur.

Payment & Shipping Information
:
Quilts are completed in the order received. The turn-around time varies but most are finished within 2 weeks.
You will be notified when your quilt is completed so that payment can be remitted prior to shipping. Return shipping costs
will be included in your total due plus insurance.
Payment by Money Order is required for first time customers.
Michigan Sales Tax 6% which is applied to all batting and backing. (washing, ironing, repairs, etc., if requested) will be charged a $15.00 per hour rate.
Your top, backing & batting will be measured and inspected upon arrival to determine actual charges. If
the calculations differ from your written order, or any instructions are unclear, you will be contacted before any work is
performed. You are welcome to contact me regarding an order at any time.
