*If you choose to supply your own backing
or batting I will not guarantee the finished results.
Chose to use 100% cotton thas has been washed and ironed or consider fabric that is poly/cotton
htat is preshrunk. Remove ALL selvages, both from seams and along the edeges.
Please cut your backing and your batting at least 6-8" larger than your top on all sides
* NOTE packaged batting does not need to be cut as long as measurements are 4-6: larger.
Cut your back and batting as square as possible. If you piece the backing, please make
sure all pieces are the same length.
" Stay-stitch" 1/4 inch in from the edge around the perimeter of the backing.
Press well, backing seams should be pressed open.
Fold top carefully
Remember: The better job you do on preparation, the better job I can do for you!
*NOTE I charge extra as much as $20.00
for trimming, squareing and pressing the quilt top or the backing. Also use of sheets or sheeting is strongly disoucraged,
as it causes poor tension and constant thread breakage.
